The Student Life Business Office fund management team provides comprehensive support to ensure that AS, GSA, student organization, and other university funds are managed responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with the university's guidelines and mission. We take pride in our teamwork, and promote a friendly and respectful environment for all our customers and colleagues.

The Fund Managers assist with processing event-related financial transactions for registered student organizations, AS, and GSA, including but not limited to:

  • Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses
  • Payments to approved vendors
  • Travel-related expenses
  • Recharge forms for the Bookstore and Imprints, including Operating Funds
  • Deposits and withdrawals from on-campus funds
