What services does the Student Life Business Office (SLBO) provide?

SLBO provides business services and financial resource management in support of student life programming departments, student governments, student organizations, and student enterprises. Fund Managers process event-related financial transactions for registered student organizations, Associated Students (AS), and Graduate & Professional Student Association (GPSA). Fund Managers provide the following services:

  • Serves as the primary resource for finances related to student organization events and travel

  • Makes vendor payments

  • Processes reimbursements for events, operating, supplies, and tournament and competition travel

  • Initiates PaymentWorks setup requests

  • Manages department sponsored event funding from within UCSD

  • Receives event-related gift funds and donations

  • Submits Performance Agreement requests and process performance payments

Where is SLBO located and when can I visit?

SLBO is located on level 3 of Price Center East. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Fund Managers can assist with: Approved Funding, TAP Financial Modules, Reimbursements, Operating Funds/Imprints, Travel, & general financial questions.
